At the Hilton Daytona Beach Resort we are happy to have one of the premier restaurants in Daytona, Doc Bales’ Grill. Overlooking the historic Clocktower, guests at Doc Bales’Grill can enjoy oceanfront dining or al fresco dining on the open-air terrace. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the Chefs at this Daytona staple prepare culinary delights of fresh seafood and continental specialties.
