The Nines Parlor

I am Jeff Arooski the Owner/ Operator of The Nines Parlor Tattoo and Art. I’ve been tattooing for 7 years and an artist my whole life. I’m kinda an old soul and felt it was only right to use an old saying like “to the nines” as a way to represent the shop. We are the first tattoo parlor/shop in the City of Daytona Beach. Many years Daytona banned tattooing within their city limits and with some hard work and dedication, I was able to work with the city to do away with the ban and open my first parlor.
