Chucherias Hondurenas

We all come to this country to look for a better life and build a future, and I saw mine here. As a child I grow up enjoyed a natural and free-spirited childhood eating all the traditional food of my country. Amazing and delicious smells and flavors, always coming from my mother’s kitchen. I have always been around this atmosphere of great flavor and smells. The kitchen was part of my childhood as is today, and therefor my passion for food still with me. Honduran fusion restaurant was the idea that came into mind when I decided to make a living out of it. The journey wasn’t easy. I moved from place to place and started experiencing and appreciating the diversity of cultures I encountered. I discovered a world of cuisine and realized I could continue to do what I like best, and today I am the proud owner of Chucherias, a restaurant of variety delicious smells and flavors.
