Nightly features include Steak Au Poivre, Fresh Parmesan Grouper with Lemon/caper White Wine Butter sauce and Herb Encrusted Tenderloin with a Demi-Glaze of Cabernet Pomegranate sauce. I have to say, she outdid herself this time. What a nice discovery for us. The food was great, I had the Parmesan crusted Grouper (a special that night), probably the best seafood dish I’d had in years. Paul prepared our Caesar Salad tableside and entertained us with jokes and stories while he did it. Then did it again while he fixed our Cherries Jubilee and Bananas Foster (simultaneously, by the way) for desert. All in all, a great dining experience.
