Floridana Beach Motel offers guests a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere only steps from Florida’s Atlantic coastline of pristine beaches and grassy dunes.  Resident proprietors, Iza and Ernie DeSantis, have modernized and refurbished this 5-unit beachside motel which is a one block walk or bike ride to the beach and a short drive to Sebastian Inlet State Park, Patrick Air Force Base, and Downtown Melbourne. They provide for their guests’s comfort with rooms that are pleasant and welcoming with amenities that include either a full kitchen or kitchenette, air conditioning and cable TV.   For European Guests, Belgium-born Iza is fluent in French, Flemish, German and Spanish.
