
UTILITY BILLING Important information about past due accounts If your service has been disconnected or is in jeopardy of being turned off, please call our office at (386) 671-8100 , Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and speak with a Customer Service Representative after making your online Opens in New Window payment. If your payment is made after 3 p.m., your utility service will be restored on the following business day. Office Operations Our regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. To better serve you, we suggest you come in or call between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. to avoid the lunch-hour rush. Billing Goals Our goal is to provide quality customer service to the citizens of Daytona Beach. We are responsible for all monthly billing and collection of water, sewer, solid waste, recycling and storm water accounts.
