SERVICES Attend your state conference to meet your delegates and to provide reservation information. Process reservation forms via our website. Provide advisors with confirmation via email. Arrange state meetings (and any meal functions) at your conference hotel. Collect all monies for payment to hotel. Provide hotel with rooming list. Check in delegates at the hotel (we work closely with advisors to accommodate their room requests such as needing roommates and/or rooming their students with a particular school). Send itineraries to each advisor approximately two weeks prior to trip. We can also include any information from your office in this mailing. Provide airline transportation and charter motor coach transfers to hotel. Staff on call at hotel during conference.
