The core mission of WORC, Inc. is to inspire people with disabilities to discover their limitless potential. All of our programs and services for individuals with disabilities support day-to-day living skills that you and I take for granted, especially living an active lifestyle. We are expanding our recreational program and residential active lifestyle program to support our core mission that will feature a more home lifestyle setting than a dormitory lifestyle setting where the individual with disability will have the freedom to experience the responsibility of any homeowner and exceed their personal housing desires. Through supervised work and social experience training, we help participants achiever their individualized goals and an opportunity to earn a paycheck. Facility-based work experiences include production contracts, wood shop, ceramics, and food service. WORC, Inc. believes that every individual is entitled to a life with dignity; to live an independent life; to feel as if they are needed, and that they can make a difference in their community.
